Works under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor to provide care to patients a professional and considerate manner. First and foremost, must be qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.
Provides assistance with direct medical care as part of a team providing quality, effective, and efficient care to clinic customers within a direct care model. Performs lab tests and procedures, directs patient flow, and supports clinical operations with appropriate documentation and communication.
Supports clinical operations by assisting patients impacted by diabetes and metabolic disease. Engages and communicates with patients, educating them on their path to improved health.
Provides direct medical care as part of a team approach to provide quality, effective, and efficient care to clinic patients. Performs lab tests and procedures, directs patient flow, and supports clinical operations with appropriate documentation and communication.
Leads the multidisciplinary care team in appropriate patient care in coordination with the Medical Director. Provides quality patient care and patient outcomes in a team environment, while assuring the standards of performance are upheld. Participates in training and development efforts of clinical staff to assure the appropriate management of plan members and the execution of well-being programming that is developed specifically for each client organization.
Part-time position responsible for mentoring and working within the interdisciplinary care team according to the Vigilant Health clinical care model. Provides quality patient care within a team environment while assuring standards of performance are upheld. Serves as a resource for clinical excellence in the local community.
